Sweet Freedom Farm are a team and network of farmers, organizers, and abolitionists committed to careful work with the emerging Grow Food Not Prisons movement and to responsible stewardship of that movement through all we do as a team. They currently maintain an involved network of incarcerated beloveds, partners, collaborators, volunteers, and funders to continue deepening their impact.
