Indian Dispute Resolution Services, Inc. (IDRS, Inc.) is a national non-profit organization headquartered in the Greater Sacramento area of California with a satellite office in Tulsa, OK.

IDRS, Inc. was founded in 1989 by a consortium of five Native American organizations. (California Indian Legal Services, First Nations Development Institute, the Seventh Generation Fund, Northern Circle Indian Housing Authority, and Round Valley Indian Reservation). They offer workshops on certain topics annually and also offer custom classes that are most relevant to their community. Their team works directly with organizations to assess what approach suits their community.
